SELF CERTIFIED INCOME
Many lenders now recognise that for various reasons
clients wish to Self Certify their income. This means we do not
require Accounts, you simply sign to say you can afford the payments.
We have a range of mortgages dedicated for this purpose available
for both employed and self employed.
Example:
Client wanted to purchase a property currently owned
by his mother. Client wished to self certify his income, a mortgage
was arranged without need for a standard cash deposit.
Clients had numerous CCJs, Mr B was self employed and wished to
self declare his income. A competitive mortgage was arranged allowing
for a small deposit.
