Example

Client had a mortgage and an expensive secured loan which he wished to consolidate and also release a large amount of extra capital. He had a CCJ and a substantial amount of mortgage arrears. He also wished to self certify his income. A new remortgage was arranged which consolidated his debts, significantly reduced his monthly payments and released capital of approximately £100,000.

Client had been evicted from his property due to significant mortgage arrears. We arranged a mortgage to fully repay his existing debt allowing him to regain ownership of his property.
