I agree that any information held by Grosvenor Finance about me may be used for credit assessment including if required credit scoring. We may use a credit report to help make decisions. When credit reference agencies receive a search from us or a lender they will place a search “footprint” on your credit file whether or not the application proceeds. By confirming your agreement to proceed you are accepting that we may use your information to perform a credit search.

ASSOCIATION WARNING

I understand:

That if my application is made in joint names and you search the files of a credit reference agency, an "association" will be created with the other person(s) named within this application. You or other lenders may take this financial association, created between the other applicants and myself, into account in future applications for credit or financial services. This association will remain between us until one of us successfully applies for "disassociation" with the credit reference agency(s).

That information held about me by a credit reference agency may already be linked to records relating to another person, for example spouse, and for the purposes of my loan application I may be treated as financially linked. The application will be assessed with reference to all linked records.

That if I have confirmed that I am financially linked with another person then I am entitled to (a) disclose information about that person and (b) authorise the broker and any lender involved in the application search, link and/or record information at credit reference agencies about me and/or anyone else referred to by me.

 I agree that any information held by Grosvenor Finance about me may be given to and used by:

a.                 agents and third parties performing any activities permitted by this declaration

b.                 other mortgage lenders or anyone acting on their behalf for the prevention of fraud.

c.                 any guarantor on my mortgage

I agree that Grosvenor Finance may contact me for marketing purposes or to inform me of any new product or service that may be of interest to me. By stating that you wish to proceed you confirm that you agree to these terms and that where an application is joint that you have the permission of the co-applicant to provide their details for the purposes of this application.
